MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for conveying company’s KPIs to manufacturing companies -manufacturing scale-up, management & delivery of customers’ orders,

• Leading and overseeing OEM / Partner plant operations, equipment requirements, work flow efficiency, product quality and CMMS.

• Plan and execute manufacturing design and operational activity, ensuring Flow Efficiency and Work Safety

• Able to meet the company’s productivity, quality and output KPIs

• Maintaining proper reporting on plant processes and requirements in relation to output and productivity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial, Food Processing, Engineering or other relevant field

• 3-5 years experiences working in manufacturing environment, with food processing experience advantage, ideally in Food Ingredients/Nutrition/Dairy Industry.

• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) will be an advantage

• Ability to effectively articulate and present ideas to internal and external contacts.

Food Production &

Manufacturing Plant Manager

 

If you are an Production & Plant Manager based in Singapore aspiring to make an impact in the plant-based food world, we want you! Come join us as we develop ground-breaking tech in the cruelty-free department. Out of the box thinkers are very welcome, as are those who relish challenges facing our current food systems!

  • Assist in the organisation of the project plan, procedures, production area layout, operations set up, food operating licenses and certifications approval

  • Support the new product development, manage project planning schedule, timeline

  • Responsible for managing the end to end production activities for assortment of products through effective use of manpower, material, machine, processes

  • Responsible and manage the overall production flows to ensure KPI are met

  • Support mid and long-term plans for production

  • Liaise and work closely with R&D and Marketing departments to solve issues and work effectively

  • Prepare Monthly and Weekly Production Planning for production operations

  • Ensure all the raw and packaging materials are supplied according to production planning

  • Ensure all materials and finished goods reporting are accurately updated

  • Responsible and manage the production team

  • Constantly exploring effective production matrix and provide substantiate contingency plan

  • Ensure production is in accordance to food standard policies and procedures at all time

  • Ensure all equipment are operated in a safe manner

  • Ensure work environment is safe for work

  • Report on a weekly and monthly basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years of F&B production management experience

  • Strong organizational and managerial skill
